Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Viora Belleza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products that have been opened or used are not accepted
  • Products must include all original tags
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be included

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Skincare, makeup, or cosmetic products that have been opened
  • Manicure and pedicure products that have been used
  • Sale or special promotion items (except in case of manufacturing defect)
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with shipping
  4. Carefully package the products in their original packaging
  5. Send the package to the address we provide

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Error in the order on our part
  • Product received does not match the order

Refunds

Once your return is received and verified:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in case of error on our part)
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another:

  • Contact us to verify availability of the desired product
  • Follow the standard return process
  • We will ship the new product once the return is received
  • If there is a price difference, the corresponding charge or refund will be applied

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt)
  • Send photographs of the product and packaging
  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • We will send you a replacement or process a full refund

International Orders

For orders placed outside of Spain:

  • The same return conditions apply
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We are not responsible for customs duties or fees on returns
  • Processing time may be longer (10-14 business days)
